Teresa was really good on our first offer, just as good on our second offer, even better on our third and fourth offers, but never gave up, even when we didn't think we had a chance, since the market seemed to haver gotten away from us. She called us on a wet, windy and rainy day (one of the first in the year, and it was November) and suggested we go to that open house in the neighborhood we were interested in. It was after 3 PM. We went, liked the house and told her to make our best offer, $15K over asking. The previous 4 offers were $40 to $55K over asking. The next day she told us that our offer was accepted.
