About 6 years ago I knew I needed a Trust or a Will and did not know where to begin. I found it confusing and complicated. When doing my research I found Suze Orman’s Podcasts informative. Her website with the Must Have Documents worked well for a friend of mine. My needs were a bit more complicated so I hired a fantastic trust attorney to guide me.
I am happy to say My Trust is complete as of last year and I feel much more at ease knowing I have planned for unforeseen incapacitation or if I pass away prematurely probate won’t cause problems for my loved ones.
